Subscription Cancellations

Monthly Plans
Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
Annual Plans
Eligible for prorated refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, access continues until period ends.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur fees and may result in your account being suspended. We're always willing to work with you to resolve any issues directly.
