Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SaveMate browser extension and website (the "Service") operated by SaveMate ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

✕License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.

✕Copy or use the Application for any purpose other than as permitted under the License section.

✕Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Application.

Content and Copyright

SaveMate is a tool designed to help users download media content. We do not host any copyrighted content on our servers.

You are solely responsible for the media you download and must ensure that you have the right to download such content.

Subscriptions

Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes

We may modify subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

Free Trials

Free trials, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

User Accounts

•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

•You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

•You may not share your account with others or use others' accounts.

•You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

By Us

We may terminate for violations, abuse, or at our discretion with notice.

By You

You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SaveMate, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
